Jump Start for Kindergarten, 6th Grade and 9th Grade
Jump Start helps incoming students feel confident and ready for success in school. All kindergarteners, 6th graders and 9th graders are encouraged to attend. Learn more about each program below.
Kindergarten Jump Start
August 22-24
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
August 14 & 15
8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
We offer summer programs and activities that can give students a boost, help them catch up or ease the transition to a new school. All our summer programs are offered FREE to registered Tacoma Public School students.
Summer Learning will return with in-person and online opportunities for students this summer. Please stay tuned for updates regarding programming here on the Summer Learning homepage and announcements from your schools.
